The Role of Burnout between Workload, Work Stress, and Employee Performance: Mediation Model

چکیده
The purpose of this study was to examine the role burnout as a mediator between workload, work stress, and employee performance. conducted on all employees Puskesmas Tikung Lamongan amounting 68 participants in total. Path analysis used test hypothesised relationships. results proved that mediates relationship overall implied balance workload prolonged stress have an impact decreased performance.
